Order processing time is currently 1-3 deays. Packages ship when the order is complete.If a book is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified.

Domestic Shipping

Our preferred method of shipping is "Standard Ground (UPS)" service. It is the most secure method of shipping and includes a UPS tracking number. If you prefer US Postal Service Media Mail or US Postal Service Priority Mail, you may choose that when you check out.

Please note that in rare cases shipments can take on additional 3 to 5 days to arrive.

If the "ship to address"ncludes a P.O.Box number, your order will be carried out by the UNited States POstal SErvice. You may not Overnight or Next Day Air to a P.O.Box number.

International Shipments

Order Cancelletion

You can cancell your order via e-mail order or phone as long as the order hasnot been shipped. Once it has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order anymore. Returns will only be accepted in accordance with our Return Policy.

Return Policy

If you are for any reason not satisfied with a product, please call us, e-mail  or write to us within 3 weeks of your purchase to let us know about your problem. You will recieve an Autorization Number and instructions for your return, After we have received and inspected the item(s), we will gladly give you a store credit or refund based on the original invoice purchase price.

If an item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to the customer. However,  it should be returned in the original packaging within 21 days from date of purchase. We will then replace the article with a new one. Should the product show wear or damage upon return to us due to inappropriate handling or packaging by the customer, the refund will be adjusted at our discretion.

Please note that returns of any books containing Cassettes, DVDs or CDs that have been opened - will be not accepted.
